Dialogue Lists

For television or full-length features.

We type the locations, characters, TEXT, and dialogue (exactly as it is on the video) so that it can be translated for overseas dubbing.

All dialogue lists can't be combined with other services, based on your needs:

Annotations
Time Codes
Combination delivery of dialogue list with subtitles and/or closed captions.

If dubbing services are not required, these dialogue lists can also be used as a transcript of the episode, as ell as the base of the captions and subtitles we create to maintain standardization and accuracy.

Subtitles

We create accurate. SRT files (the most common subtitle/caption format) containing the dialogue text, timestamps, and audio descriptions that meet industry standards.

Dialogue Only

A new industry demand is dialogue-only subtitles. It's exactly as it sounds. Verbatim and accurate dialogue to enhance the viewer experience for those who wish to watch without the audio turned on.

Standard

We also deliver standard subtitles in .SRT format that include relevant audio events, speaker identifications, or music cues.

Summaries/Synopsis

We create a post-production episode summary that concisely outlines the main events, characters, and conflicts of an episode, to capture the essence of the story for viewers.

Our RLN team is comprised of professional writers in the entertainment industry so we can ensure our summaries are engaging and accurate - including key plot points and vital details, while also being optimized for clarity and brevity.

Podcasts / Social Media

We provide accurate transcripts for audio and video podcasts, as well as subtitles/captions for video podcasts and social media content.

Interviews / Raw Footage / B-Roll

Mainly for reality shows or behind the scenes clips and interviews -- we transcribe all interviews (or dialogue) so that writers and editors can sift through to find the material they are looking for.

Time codes provided, as requested.

Closed Captions

We provide captions in .CSS format. In addition to the dialogue, these files include text descriptions of all significant audio information to ensure content is fully accessible to viewers who are deaf or har dog hearing.

Combination Deliverables

One stop shop: We can combine the deliverables into one order, so you receive your accurate dialogue lists, subtitles, and/or captions with customizable add-ons for all programming.

Promotional Videos

We provide transcripts, subtitles, and/or captions based on the run time of the material and requirement of the client's needs.

Time Codes

We can provide time codes on any of our deliverables and adjust the frequency based on your needs.

Annotations

With streaming and the global reach of programming, often shows want certain words and phrases annotated with their meanings. This is useful for US specific words and phrases, or locations and jokes, slang, etc.

We provide these services for several clients that have large overseas distribution.

Character Lists

We can provide a full character list for each episode or feature, so production companies know how many actors to cast for dubbing purposes.
